Orders and payment

All prices shown on the website are in Pakistani Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes. We accept cash on delivery and standard online payment methods. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if pricing, availability or fraud concerns arise.

Shipping

We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners. Orders are usually dispatched within 24 to 48 hours and arrive in 2 to 5 business days depending on your city. Shipping is free on orders above Rs.20,000.

Returns and warranty

If the product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement. Warranty coverage applies to manufacturing defects only and follows the warranty card included with each product.
